I’m trying to figure out why Im waiting in a line spending my entire lunch break trying to make a deposit? Why is there one teller and hella people in offices that can’t help with the line? If you’re not gonna be useful, the least you can do is close your door and gossip. The bank already closes at 5 everyday and I have to sacrifice my lunch to appear. The least yall can do is be considerate. The amount of people in search of jobs and you have ONE SINGLE TELLER?!!!!

I did the intro to check bonus for signing up on a new checking account. It came with a $200 bonus. The trick was you need to apply to the code for amongst other requirements. I missed that detail and went into this branch to ask if an exception could be made since I completed all the other requirements. Denice pulled through on my ask and was able to have them fulfill my bonus same day. Great customer service experience. Give Denice a raise!

This location is terrific. Staff at desk are always friendly, appear to enjoy their job (thats important nowadays especially in customer service) and you'll always see a smile when coming in the door.
