- MLMitchell LinderApr 17, 20265.0I did the intro to check bonus for signing up on a new checking account. It came with a $200 bonus. The trick was you need to apply to the code for amongst other requirements. I missed that detail and went into this branch to ask if an exception could be made since I completed all the other requirements. Denice pulled through on my ask and was able to have them fulfill my bonus same day. Great customer service experience. Give Denice a raise!

Staff at desk are always friendly, appear to enjoy their job (thats important nowadays especially in customer service) and you'll always see a smile when coming in the door.
