I explained I need my limit increased and explained my situation to customer service who said I needed to call my local branch in order for that to be done. I called and spoke to a lady at the local branch who said she would or the manager would call me back. NOBODY called me back after I explained how important it was. AWFUL SERVICE at that location! I have been a LONG TIME customer and the way they treated me is just wrong. Very very disappointed.

I have to drive over 10 miles if I want to make a deposit when your branch is closed. You need to invest in a new atm at this location it's from the early 2000's.
