I have been to the DMV twice now to try to fix it. I will be making another trip later this week. I hope you choose to go elsewhere so you do not have to take off 3 days from work to go back and forth from the branch, three trips to the DMV and about 10 phone calls to PNC and your old creditor to try and fix it. We worked with Cynthia and it was disappointing. We will be moving all of our accounts out of PNC.

The employees at the Ballantyne branch are some of the nicest people you will come across in the business, and if they didn't have an answer to our question right then, they have always gone after it for me.
