- BBBrenoAug 3, 20241.0It was awful. Me and my girlfriend tried to withdrawal some cash for an urgent reason, and they denied us. The main guy, he was a big white guy, can’t remember the name, he was asking “why do you need this money” in a judgmental way. We are both latinos, not sure if this had anything to do with it. We didn’t feel comfortable at all. We left very upset, because we were denied of withdrawing or own money. PNC lost two customers today. We always go to the branch in colony rd, and the process to withdraw money was super easy and quickly, but they only had a portion of the amount we wanted. They said to go to the one in ballantyne. The customer service at the branch in colony is great.
