They have all this red tape to keep you from speaking to the people who can actually help you solve your issue. Instead of calling you directly they will send you a letter wasting more of your time. Then they sent me to bank branch that was closed. I'm livid at the level of incompetence and lack of consideration. I hate this bank

They charge you to send you paper statements and don’t make it easy to stop the paper statements. Terrible bank and terrible customer service!
- HHHeyxJayDec 31, 20251.0Why is this branch even open?? You can’t really do anything here! They always say you have to go to the main branch on Randolph which is crazy. You can’t even cash a check you can only deposit it. Just close this location at this point.
