- AMAnt MernJun 22, 20261.0Bad service! The phone wait time is minimum 45 minutes, they also just hang up so you’ll have to wait another 45 minutes probably. They charge you to send you paper statements and don’t make it easy to stop the paper statements. Terrible bank and terrible customer service!

Rana went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. She even helped me set up my mobile app and login without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong product knowledge with genuine care for customers, and Rana truly stands out. If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for her. Outstanding service all around.

Thankfully I caught the errors on the check before I left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch at all costs. Go to the branch at 2000 Randolph Road instead; they are wonderful and extremely helpful!
