- AAActingIda22Feb 14, 20261.0I use to enjoy banking with FNB, but I was better off staying with Wells Fargo… Leshana isn’t very helpful. I had fraud on my card and still 6 months later I’m still not able to get my funds back. Wasn’t willing to reverse an accident overcharge, eventhough Wells Fargo does it with no hesitation. This isn’t a real established bank. I will be closing my account soon.

FNB refused when I tried to refi, leading to delays and extra fees. Only a CFPB complaint forced them to approve subordination. No reimbursement offered for the costs their refusal caused. If you’re at this branch, demand formal written confirmation for any refinance/subordination promises — don’t rely on emails.
