  I’ve never had this much fun at the bank. Lauren and RaLaina are so amazing at what they do & really make it such a welcoming atmosphere! They are just SO delightful. Not my closest PNC branch, but I drive out of my way just to work with them.

  Louise was great! She spent about 2 hours helping me work through banking issues. She did not stop until all documentation was gathered and submitted. I left with a sense of peace and a tremendous weight off my shoulders. I was so grateful that Louise took the time to see the matter all way to the end. Lauren was also a great help and encourager. With all the pressures of life, I was so relieved to have one tremendous weight alleviated.

  I dropped in with a few requests but only a short window of availability. Lauren was able to put me in touch with the appropriate people and was cognizant of my time constraints. We scheduled a follow up appointment to finish setting up accounts, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. I really appreciated the customer service at this branch - would recommend!
