  After going to another branch and not getting any assistance because the right person wasn’t working on a weekend, I stopped by this location and met Louise. She immediately offered assistance and made a few phone calls to make sure my issue was corrected. This was all despite the fact that I unintentionally walked into the branch five minutes before closing. I am very grateful for her willingness to help and polite demeanor

  I’ve never had this much fun at the bank. Lauren and RaLaina are so amazing at what they do & really make it such a welcoming atmosphere! They are just SO delightful. Not my closest PNC branch, but I drive out of my way just to work with them.

  Louise was great! She spent about 2 hours helping me work through banking issues. She did not stop until all documentation was gathered and submitted. I left with a sense of peace and a tremendous weight off my shoulders. I was so grateful that Louise took the time to see the matter all way to the end. Lauren was also a great help and encourager. With all the pressures of life, I was so relieved to have one tremendous weight alleviated.
