Long time PNC customer here: Cons: this branch provides very limited services that not only do other PNC branches provide but that I believe should be pretty standard for large brick and mortar bank locations (IE: this branch does not allow you to cash checks- only deposit them- or convert foreign currency to USD.) The inability to cash a check had me temporarily at a loss for words. I decided to just deposit a check here, and the employees were very kind about it, but 1.) The entire process to cash a check took 11 minutes, and 2.) They asked another customer who was in a private room to leave and gave it to me instead Pros: employees are welcoming and kind. They do try to direct you to other branches nearby that can help you with services they can't provide

She immediately offered assistance and made a few phone calls to make sure my issue was corrected. This was all despite the fact that I unintentionally walked into the branch five minutes before closing. I am very grateful for her willingness to help and polite demeanor
