We found her to be patient with our numerous questions and very knowledgeable about banking options. We also spoke with Stephanie Scott; Branch Manager, Keith Blumenstock , and Chris Padilla.We were impressed with the entire staff and grateful for their time and advice. We highly recommend their services!!!
- JSJeri Lynn SmithNov 20, 20251.0I used to LOVE PNC. Now they are transitioning from a bank to a glorified atm. The branch closest to me (20 minutes) doesn’t even have a drive thru window anymore! I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for TWO WEEKS. For your own sake, take your money to a real bank and avoid PNC at all costs.

I simply asked for someone and was getting the run around but if I called back she would get very snappy with me and claimed she was working with a client and hung up.
