- JSJeri Lynn SmithNov 20, 20251.0I used to LOVE PNC. Now they are transitioning from a bank to a glorified atm. The branch closest to me (20 minutes) doesn’t even have a drive thru window anymore! I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for TWO WEEKS. For your own sake, take your money to a real bank and avoid PNC at all costs.

Since then they have really stepped up with a much needed HELOC replacement to one we had from Truist Bank, and they have been handling the majority of our online banking transactions. There are still some minor issues we have in utilizing their banking services, thus only 4 stars.
