For whatever reason the teller decided that i looked like maybe I was not whom my id said I was ? When I asked why I was being asked so many security questions the reply was real blunt “ Because we don’t know you and I don’t know you personally! I’ve been going in the branch for 5 years! I felt so confused as to why she was assuming I was a thief! It really bothered me so I went to another teller and asked for a phone number and her response was “ just look on the website!” And I again asked her for the number and then she gave it to me ! It was just unbelievable that both tellers were so rude! I’ve never encountered this at this branch! I’ve always experienced good customer service I’m very upset still this morning!
