Just left this branch a few minutes ago and the experience was horrible. First of all they appeared to have only two tellers working the drive thru AND the counter. Then a guy simply cut in front of me and the teller didnt say anything. She looked like she was about to serve him even though i kept saying i was next, he apologized. I was then me with an UNSMILING female with a "blank" look on her face. I didn't feel well so I didn't say anything. Then she asked me how to make it out and the amount, she got BOTH wrong. THEN I held my hand out to her to receive my card back and she lay it on the counter. At this point I had been there at least 20 minutes waiting on her, so yes I was getting frustrated. I did express to her that she could have handed me my card. She said some garbage about having to put it on the counter so the customer can see it. I proceeded to leave after saying "thank you" to her. And then I thought the BAD SERVICE. She still got the money order wrong, she laid it on the counter, and didn't show any type of empathy or emotion. Of course she didn't say "you're welcome" after I said "said you". She didn't deserve that "thank you" and I let her know that pretty much. I told her she was rude and I didn't like her. This was absolutely uncalled for.

Kicked everyone that was waiting on member services out at 5:22pm. I still have no access to my money. If yall actually cared about people staying at work an extra 10 minutes won’t kill you. God bless these people.

The worst SECU branch I’ve ever visited and will be driving to old branch. The employees are very judgmental and rude and non helpful. Everytime I come in they act like they are never able to help do anything and I end up going to my old branch.
