  I had a wonderful experience at this branch. Toni and Jessica listened to my issue with immense patience, treating me with the respect without making any distinctions. Jessica quickly offered a solution, and she went above and beyond by following up right after the Memorial Day weekend to deliver the exact service and professional solution I needed. She also kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am incredibly grateful for their professional approach and highly recommend their services!

  not sure what the deal is with Nicole but during my 30 minute ordeal here trying to get a cashiers check I witnessed her being insanely condescending and rude to other employees. There was a line forming behind me and only one teller available ( the other was in training and had to be helped with every transaction) and rather than jump in to triage needs or assist she made snarky comments to her coworkers, including one time telling one of the employees to drop what she was doing helping someone to go do something else.

  I usually HATE going into banks and avoid in person visits at all costs- but this location and experience changed that for me. Toni was extremely kind and helpful to myself and my partner while adding him onto my account. She was not only knowledgeable and informative on the process- but made the experience even fun. I would highly recommend anyone go to her for any of your banking needs. We will be with PNC and with Toni for the long term! Thanks again :)

  Based on a recent experience at the PNC bank on High House Rd in Cary, I was motivated to post this review. I had a visiting family member who banks at PNC but not here in NC. They needed some assistance with their account and the personal banker we saw that day was a colleague named Ms. Toni Choo. She listened to what we needed assistance with and asked us some excellent insightful questions that allowed her to quickly assess the problems that needed to be addressed. Her recommendations were resourceful, well thought out and solutions oriented. What needed to be corrected was complex and required additional follow up visits. In all interactions, we found Ms. Toni Choo to be knowledgeable, customer focused and consistently results driven.
