- JVJasmine VillaniJul 28, 20261.0This has to be the most incompetent bank I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been with PNC for 7 years, and in that time I had to close a bank account (employee did not successfully close) 6 months passed to find out the account was still open! I’ve had to close bank cards only to find out they never canceled the card and I had fraud on that card! They had my name wrong on my bank account, went in person to ask them to fix it only to find out this past Wednesday the employee DID NOT fix it! Now this Wednesday i physically go into the bank to request a new bank card and stop any reoccurring charges on the new debit card, only to find out today it’s being used for reoccurring payments! I went into the bank explaining it cannot attach to any reoccurring charges! THIS IS A JOKE! After this, I AM FINALLY DONE! This is absolutely crazy to think they are in charge of my money! WHAT NEXT PNC!
