Their triage system has 2 people just standing around at the front asking questions about how to help you while there is one person behind the desk actually running the desk and the window. They say it'll be just a minute and that takes 5-10. I went in to get a business account and spent 1.5 hours there and the manager couldn't figure it out. Said they'd call me back and yet to hear from them. I've been a customer for 20 years and it's time to go. When I went in there was a man not wearing shoes. Run from this location!

You should make sure you go to the restroom before you go there to complete your banking transaction if it’s going to take a while. They have no public restrooms. Warm hellos and smiles, background music and availability of a restroom would be nice. An ”aware” manager might be nice for this location. When you own a business, you notice these things and the potential for change, especially considering the options near by.
