- SBSalvador BenitezOct 5, 20261.0My money is at PNC, but when I needed help, they left me on my own For months, money has been coming out of my account through T-Mobile, even though I’ve never been a T-Mobile customer. PNC recommended placing a hold on my account while the issue was being resolved. Now that the funds are available, I went in for help releasing the hold and was told nothing could be done because there was no manager on duty. I’m trying to access my own money, and that answer is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble getting help. I’ve also been given excuses when trying to cash a PNC check at PNC. As a Latino customer, these repeated experiences have left me feeling overlooked and discriminated against. I can’t speak for the corporation’s intentions, but the way I’ve been treated has made me feel that my money matters more to PNC than I do as a customer. I hope PNC takes this seriously and looks at whether all customers are receiving fair and respectful service. If you’re considering trusting PNC with your money, keep in mind how difficult it may be to get help when you need it.

- KSKyla ShankAug 12, 20241.0There is always a problem at this bank. I do almost 100% online and wish I never had to go to this branch. It is the most unprofessional PNC I've ever dealt with. Their triage system has 2 people just standing around at the front asking questions about how to help you while there is one person behind the desk actually running the desk and the window. They say it'll be just a minute and that takes 5-10. I went in to get a business account and spent 1.5 hours there and the manager couldn't figure it out. Said they'd call me back and yet to hear from them. I've been a customer for 20 years and it's time to go. When I went in there was a man not wearing shoes. Run from this location!
