  Todd was absolutely amazing to work with. I came to him with a complicated tax situation from 2020 involving two different states, missing documents, and honestly a lot of stress because I wasn’t sure what I needed to do or where to even start. Todd took the time to look through everything I had, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and helped get both my Virginia and North Carolina returns prepared properly. He was patient, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and never made me feel rushed even with how complicated everything was. I walked away feeling a huge sense of relief and much more confident that my situation was finally being handled correctly. I really appreciate the time and effort Todd put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with their taxes, especially if you have a situation that isn’t straightforward.

  Had such a phenomenal experience with Todd Hooker at HITS Tax & Bookkeeping! Mr. Hooker is incredible knowledgeable, thorough, and organized when it comes to taxes. I was in a bit of a bind with some taxes that kept getting rejected, but Mr. Hooker sorted everything out for us. We ended up having to mail out two forms to the IRS and he prepared those envelopes as well which was incredibly helpful. All and all, HITS really takes out the stress and confusion that comes with taxes, and they’re also a family owned business. If you’re in need of tax help, consider giving them a call.
