I drive farther to bank at the Boone, NC branch for their superior customer service!! I have banked at PNC from North Carolina to Texas many times and never get the service as they offer on Boone. This branch is a blessing!

been customer of this bank since 1988, long before it was pnc. have about 8 accounts with them. closed one recently due to fees being charged that i was told no longer would be charged. now, transfered funds via external account and after 4 days, money still not in account. pnc, you are making it very difficult to remain a customer. will be looking into community banking soon.

10/10 bank would recommend to many many friends; great bank. Free checking is lit first off, and every employee I have ever encountered at this bank has been boundlessly helpful. I recently called and spoke to a branch representative named Brett I believe and he could not have been nicer or more eager to help answer my questions, (at one point he even called me brother, love that) so someone give this man a promotion and a raise I mean come on, these are mad times we live in! Shout out Brett and shout out PNC Boone. You guys are the cats pajamas. (Also feel free to "accidentally" put some money in my account at any time, thanks) A very happy customer, Cameron Elliott
