Bank teller Heather M. appeared to be misinformed about the bank’s policies and procedures, which led to conflicting information during my visit. Their handling of the situation made the interaction between us feel uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful. Which negatively affected my experience at the branch overall. I’m being very polite.

I have been with SECU for over 25 years . Just moved to the area and visited this branch for some personal business . Gabby was great ! This is not about her ! Met with Glenda today and have never been treated with disrespect and attitude from anyone as much as we received today . He/She was short , blunt and was not friendly when answering our questions. We left and will be going back to our branch in Asheville to complete our bank business for this transaction .
Due to the lack of customer service and attitude we received from Glenda , we will be moving all of our business from SECU to NFCU . Unbelievable how she made us feel today . Very sad and disappointed !!!

While trying to handle important business in the morning, one would expect the service to be pleasant and exceptional. Instead, I was met with an interaction that did not reflect that standard. Arianna Beaver assisted me and completed the service I needed after making several errors and having to ask for assistance. Her communication style felt dismissive and was not aligned with the level of customer service I typical get from SECU. I left feeling uncomfortable rather than supported. I hope additional customer service training and support can help improve future interactions, as every client deserves to feel respected and valued.
