  Just opened a CD at the Asheboro branch with Maggie. What great service she provided! She was friendly, knowledgeable and polite! Bank OZK lucky to have her.

  Horrid bank, stay away from them. They have horrible customer service. Do not communicate at all. You can call till you are blue in the face they won't fix anything. If they say they will call you back.... its a huge lie. They are the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many, many banks. They lie, and blow you off. Seriously, anywere else.

  I walked into the bank with too friendly smiles looking at me to be warmly welcomed by Kenya and Zane. They were both eager to assist me with anything I needed.. Great customer service goes a long way, both of them are outstanding!!
