- CDCerebra DatabaseAug 3, 20261.0The teller Aetnas Gomez is the rudest person I have ever met! She speaks to everyone as if they are the dirt on her shoe. She never smiles, says please or thank you and tries to rush customers even when there is no one else waiting. I would say that she was maybe having a bad day, but she always has the same bad attitude every time I go there. I went in today to do some business and had to deal with her unpleasant self. If she does not like her job, which she obviously doesn’t, she should look for something in another line of work. She seems to forget that she works for the members of the credit union, not the other way around. I tried to call the branch to discuss her behavior with a supervisor/ manager, but the phone just rang and rang until I was connected to an automated answering service that said the wait time was 43 minutes. I am currently looking for another credit union that actually treats its members with a little respect. I cannot recommend this credit union to anyone given her obviously on going behavior.
