    They rolled out a new website which is terrible. Transfers that I have not done keep automatically happening twice a month messing up my accounts. How can they get away with it??? Customer service online and at the branch is useless and rude talking down to me like I'm ignorant. It appears to me that these "phantom" transfers are some sort of holdover from the old system. Also, they took out an extra $1000 and then immediately refunded it but claim the payee did it which is ridiculous...the payee can't take money from my account!!! I'm at a total loss as what to do. They won't fix it. How is all this legal???
