  I have called for 3 weeks now and hadn’t got a call back from the manager. This is unacceptable.

  The bank has really competitive rates, but this location's staff is GREAT! They make you feel like family, everyone is always in a good mood, and seems to genuinely love what they are doing. I really enjoy going to see the ladies at this location, and have never once not had a question answered or a need left unaddressed. If you are looking for a local bank to do business with, Bank OZK in Advance gets my highest recommendation!

  Horrible experience with this bank, unfortunately. I asked for records from a closed account for tax purposes. The branch manager and staff, collectively gave me the "run around" for at least 3 weeks. When they finally processed my request, they charged me $60 for 12 sheets of paper, stating that they charge $20 per hour to research and pull the statements. It was clear that pulling the records i requested took only minutes. I only asked for year 2022 bank statements. Instead of emailing the documents to me as they promised for weeks, they asked me to come get the documents. You'd think I was not an account holder, but this was my treatment as someone who had 2 open accounts with Bank ozk. I closed both of my additional accounts with this bank simply because of how I was treated for weeks by the staff at this location.
