With First Interstate being my parents bank I naturally have had some interactions with their staff to finish handling my parents estate and to do some personal banking as well. Specifically an associate named Michelle Emery at the branch located at 3502 Brooks here in Missoula, MT. has been an enormous help and has been extremely sensitive to not only the needs of my recent personal tragedy but also to me as a person with wonderful suggestions and such a willingness to help in a time of personal emotional fragility. I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch and its staff and on a personal level I have found my experience as well as Michelle Emery to be positive and an asset to your establishment. I look forward to my visits in the future.

I have never had a bad experience until visiting this establishment. 3 bank tellers felt the need to interject their opinion into a conversation that was personal and quite frankly confidential. If you work at a financial institution I might suggest being a little more professional towards your clientele- after all, they pay your salary. Your job is 100% customer service. There are multiple other branches in town, go to one of those. This place frequently has a line due to the fact that all the tellers are more interested in small talk and chit chat amongst themselves than helping customers.

He would give away these dollars to children as a fun thing to do. He passed away and I went down to the bank to exchange some paper cash for these dollar coins so I could give away the dollars to children at his memorial. I was turned away because I didn't have an account.
