- ASAlissia SmithDec 1, 20251.0The worst and most unwelcoming bank I've used. The moment you walk in all judging eyes are on you and make faces when you want your receipt for any transactions made. Along with the fact they are simply not willing to do their job. Like print direct deposit sheets or cash checks, which a bank should be able to do! I've never had a bank that makes me want to switch so fast!
- GBGabriel BenjaminSep 15, 20251.0I had a credit card that had a limit of $1000, right? Cool. I shouldn't have been able to spend any more than that $1000 limit, correct? But first interstate takes such a long time processing their shit that I had manged to go way over that limit. If their systems weren't flawed, that wouldn't have happened. "It updates real time" and "prove it." is what I got told last time I confronted the employees about the issue... You'd think the numbers would be proof enough... Only reason I still associate with this bank is because I'm bound by debt. They are a nightmare to do business with and I regret trying to work with them. If you know what's good for you, look elsewhere, first. Run.

- SCSandy S CarrollJun 13, 20225.0Haylee and the other customer service staff at the Miles City branch have been absolutely wonderful at helping us change the signers on a commercial account. Every request is answered immediately and a solution is found. First Interstate Bank is slow actually processing changes as far as their software, which is slower than expected. For instance a Bill Pay check doesn't go out for almost a week. Things I expected to be automatic, are slower than expected for the bank to implement, withing their computer system. Haylee and the others customer service makes up for it.
