They also conveniently set me up as a new customer and didn’t say that I would be billed 2 bucks to get the paper statement sent to me. Then to talk to them they say they can’t fix it in house you must call 855 number that states it will be a wait of 13 minutes. 40 minutes later still no one to help me and message continuously repeats itself. Horrible customer service. There is no reason a customer shouldn’t be able to resolve charges in the office!
