    Hello. I have to share what happened to me on the beginning of November. I used the ATM at the main branch ATM at the main branch I input a amount of money to withdraw. The ATM shorted me $200 I called the bank on Monday told them what happened, they told me I had to wait until Thursday until the bank could tell me what the ATM told them about my transaction. I didn't get the banks answer until Friday, the bank tells me that the ATM didn't make any mistake and they couldn't do anything to pay me the $200. I would have to call a number to make a dispute about the $200 they owed me. I called the number made a dispute the bank people told me it would take 10 Business days before they would give me their answer. I am on 100% Disability my $200 is a huge deal! I can not buy food and pay my power bill because of this! I have been banking at 1st Interstate for 11 years and never have been shorted at their ATM's before. I have never made a claim like this ever! The first time I tell the bank about this they treat me horribly! 😡 And act like I am trying to cheat them! This is why I am posting this. Hopefully anyone that reads this can ask the bank why I am being treated like this please. And why I am giving them a 1 star. I am incredibly stressed over this situation. I don't know what to do.

    I've been banking with First Interstate for a while now and have never had any problems with them, the lady's are always super nice and make me feel welcome by remembering my name. Idk why there are so many negative reviews (why do the "can I speak to your manager" people have to exist 🙄) but I wouldn't want to bank with anyone else 😁💜

    There is not a black star or I would use it to rate their trust service department. Nice people but unbelievable in efficiency and timing to the bank’s advantage!! No experience in large trusts per employees. Where do you think the money has sat for two plus years?! Instead of to the designated use of $ by deceased to designated philanthropic causes.

    We have been with First Interstate Bank since 2004, and they have always been great to work with. If you do have a problem they always do their best to help you. They do banking like it should be done!
