- MPMama PeasOct 15, 20242.0Usually, I have enjoyed banking with First Interstate ... but lately, it appears there are continually "outages" to online banking. All day, they've been updating their system. It's Monday. You couldn't have done this over the weekend? We haven't been able to access our account for 2 days! It's becoming more and more "inconvenient" to bank here. Any questions to a purchase now can't be handled by your local branch. You've gotta call their "claims" depth. That shuts off your card, and you have to WAIT for your new card. They'll immediately give you a temp card, and you wait a bit for the new card. That's a LOT of systems and bill pays we're continually having to switch to the new card. There has to be a better system.
