Local employee did not want to help, referred me to a toll free number where they referred me back to the local branch. After this experience I can see why people are moving to an online only banking experience.

I wanted $10 worth of quarters for laundry and they told me I would have to go to a gas station. Unacceptable!! I would never picked this is my new bank. Please explain to me the rationale behind this??
