- EEEricaNov 27, 20232.0Been banking here for years. It used to be your friendly hometown bank...but since they merged with Glacier banks, the quality of banking has gone down hill. Three times, count them three, they have mistakenly deposited money into the wrong account. It's not a fun feeling when a large sum of CASH just isn't in your account when you have all the receipts of deposit. It's also a pain to deal with. Sometimes they can fix the same day, but I've had to wait upwards of a week before to get things fixed. I totally understand mistakes happen. We're human. But three times is unacceptable and makes me wary of leaving any larger amount of money in their hands. Something needs to be done to help me feel at ease banking here. Or my household will find another local option.

It is amazing that I can go through the drive-through and people there will remember me and my kids. Kim is amazing, and always makes me feel valued and like she truly cares about me and my family. I recently went in to open a savings account for my son, and while I was sitting there I heard multiple tellers greet people as they were walking in by their first name. I go to the other branches in Bozeman from time to time when necessitated by my day and errands, but it’s given the choice I’ll always choose going to the four corners branch. You guys are amazing, thank you!
