- RBRileigh BennettAug 19, 20261.0Wish I could rate them a zero. Their customer server is actual trash and condescending when you are trying to get an answer. Also they won't do anything for you after 6 pm because they are busy processing. You can't actually transfer and use any money in your account. So if you are a genius like the lady I spoke to, she is smart enough to do all of that before 6. Thank God for people like her.

The only negative besides that is their phone app. They used to make it easy to deposit checks remotely. Now it's near impossible to deposit checks remotely. They do seem to have cookies every Friday, I put a photo below and at least one summer they had a great customer appreciation day.

If I interact any further than this my experience is frustrating. More often than not I get treated like an inconvenience not a customer. I have difficulty getting my questions answered or issues addressed. I guess I could write pages detailing my experiences. Suffice it to say I will be moving my accounts after todays experience. Perhaps my husband will move his business accounts so I don't have to have contact at all.
