- KDKade Falls DownMay 5, 20255.0I went to the teller line today and was helped by Lila. She was very attentive and patient. She also let me know that the cashier's check I needed was free! The website said it would be $5, but Lila told me that cashier's checks are free! I have no idea if this is a promotion or because it was my first check at First Security Bank, but I was very happy nonetheless. I will for sure look for Lila next time I come into this branch. I also want to give a shoutout to Austin Matthews in Customer Service. He helped me open my checking account and answered all of my questions. I also left a few voicemails on his line and he got back to me within a day both times.
