- AWAlexander WhiteJan 30, 20255.0Austin Mathews deserves a raise. I went in with issues with online banking and he was 100% professional. He explained that it was a system wide problem, and we tried some things for the sake of it. When it didn't work I left, but not before he assured me he would keep in touch about it. I ended up getting two emails keeping me posted, again very professional. I have never gotten better customer service anywhere, especially not in a bank. I genuinely felt valued as a customer. Hope he gets some recognition and a raise!

Was told the manager would call to discuss this issue with me but they never called. Definitely won't be banking here much longer. Used to be your dependable hometown bank but not anymore. It's a shame. Been banking here for decades.
