  Honestly I gotta say I'm very disappointed with this bank. Recently I opened up a new account, I've had an account with them in the past and I tried going in this branch to possibly get a credit card because I needed help with putting down a security deposit for a new place then paying full rent on the first. I believe it was Candace with red hair in the front that wasn't helpful at all and didn't seem too sure of what she was doing, she explained she couldn't log in to get me a credit card and then proceeded to say it would take 2-4 weeks to receive approval for a credit card and didn't give me other solutions to help my situation so I decided to leave since she was really disrespectful and not helpful at all and I called a different branch and they explained I could get approval for a loan the same day so I waited for a lender to call me back to get the info to approve me for a loan which I only needed 1000, they told me their minimum was 2500. So I decided to apply and it came back declined because I have other car payments and rent to pay. Although my credit score is great and my payments history is also wonderful they can't even help out their customers when it's really needed. I have to say this is extremely disappointing and I had to go to a credit union to get help and I was approved by the credit union. Also they charge 5 dollars for a cashier's check.....won't waive it like most banks when you're a customer with them. So I'm sad to say I'll most likely be closing the account soon.

  Multiple rude employees, extremely long waits and beyond horrible customer "service" skills, especially stephanie. They need to retrain or hire new employees that value the customer. I really dislike this location but I am forced to bank here due to a business account. Less then 1 star

  seriously frustrating how slow the drive through is... I'm always waiting twice as long as any other location
