    Nicole helped me over the last few weeks with my personal mobile banking app and getting two of my teenagers set up with savings and checking accounts. She was so fast and friendly and helpful and has made the transition from RMB to WSB seamless for us.

    Western Security Bank is the BESTEST bank in Billings, Mt. If you have any problems go into any branch, the employees are friendly, jump in to help solve the problem, and arent rude to people like they lost their manners like other banks. Will recommend Western Security to everyone I know.

    Kelly Duray and Hope Headlee in the Mortgage department are absolutely fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions, and Kelly went over dozen's of different loan scenarios for me and helped lead me to the right option for my situation! Also their fees and rates were extremely competitive, I checked many different options and they provided great terms right off the bat! I would recommend Western Security to anybody who is in the market for a mortgage!
