  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. First, I want to recognize the employees at this location. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help throughout the process. My frustration is not with them—it is with the company’s policies and procedures. After completing my title loan, I was given a check that I was unable to cash. I first took it to my bank, where it was declined. I then contacted the store, and they suggested I try Walmart. Walmart also refused to cash the check. At that point, I had spent a significant amount of time driving around trying to access funds that should have been available immediately. When I returned to the store, I offered to return the check and simply get my vehicle title back since I had never received the money. I was told that, because of company policy, they could not return my title. While I understand the employee was following the rules, the policy itself created an extremely frustrating situation. From a customer’s perspective, it makes no sense to be unable to access the funds and also be unable to reverse the transaction. The employees handled the situation as professionally as they could, but the company’s lack of a practical solution turned what should have been a simple transaction into a stressful and time-consuming experience. I hope upper management reviews situations like this and considers updating their policies. Customers shouldn’t have to visit multiple businesses trying to cash a company-issued check or be left without a reasonable way to resolve the issue when that check can’t be negotiated. Better contingency procedures would go a long way toward improving the overall customer experience.

  Everyone here is very professional and kind. The process itself was quick and easy to get the funds I needed and paying off in store was a quick and easy process. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
