  Should change their name name to " FEE FOR EVERYTHING" 8.50 charge to guest pay...lol. 3.00 to get a paper statement in the mail ...LMAO. I will be taking my loan ASAP to my hometown credit union that values my business without extra fees or charges for everything.

  So I had gotten really close with a particular loan counselor that eventually had to change professions and I was so nervous on who I would be dealing with after that because I had spent so much time explaining my situation and having nice conversations with the previous counselor. But thankfully, Paige Wood was either assigned to deal with me or chosen at random, not quite sure but she’s the only person I will choose to deal with now and for good reason. She is incredibly helpful and also understanding. She did everything she could to help me with a difficult time in my life and I ended up getting a very good option to help out with my financial situation, mainly because she pushed for it and helped me complete the necessary paperwork. She is nice and professional and always responds quickly to my emails during business hours which is appreciated immensely. She’s always willing to help if she can and does indeed help, by updating my file when I need something important documented. I’m hoping she stays with AllTru Wentzville so I don’t have to go through another counselor break up (LOL) and can continue to work with an awesome employee! Thanks Paige!

  THE BEST OF THE BEST IS ANGEL BRADSHAW from account resolution. She's been with me since day one and always had my back and made sure I was on track and made sure if i ever missed a payment she would help me resolve same day. need more people like her!
