  I was looking to refinance a vehicle, I started the process on Wednesday and everything was completed by Friday. Sharice was my first point of contact, any questions that I had were answered timely and it made the transaction smooth. The end of the process, I worked with Michelle J, again, any questions I had were answered timely and we were able to close the deal. Thank you both for your assistance.

  I can't say enough good things about Taylor Martinez and the loan team at Alltru Credit Union. I came in during a genuinely difficult stretch financially, and Taylor never once made me feel judged, rushed, or talked down to. She treated me with respect from the first conversation, and she walked me through every single step of the process — no guessing, no getting lost in the shuffle. Her follow-up and follow-through are second to none. If she said she'd call, she called. If she said she'd check on something, she checked and got back to me.   I went yesterday to open a account up in downtown St. Louis. When I say my banker Kimberly was awesome and the manager David. They guided me very well with my accounting and was informative they also a program called Credit Builder and it helps you build your credit which I think is awesome also they call you family not like other banks and credit unions you are a customer with them. My experience with Alltru was so welcoming and above greatness I’m so glad my sister referred me to them. Thank you all #teamalltru
