- SSStevenJul 23, 20264.0The guy who greeted us at first was very rude. It felt like he was accosting us. Luckily, Nina swept us away from him & she was AMAZING. Very educated and friendly banker. Highly recommend Nina, but work on “front of house” service. The bank is very clean and spacious inside, located off of a busy street (Lockwood).

- JJJmjSep 11, 20251.0This bank does not deserve even one star but more importantly than the bank being awful their financial advisor at the moment I will leave his name out of there but I am definitely willing to share it if needed he is not just financial advisor at Webster groves also Kirkwood and Hampton and Chippewa which I was trying to have my family member transfer to that different branch at Hampton and Chippewa but we can't because guess what he's there too he is neglecting to provide my uncle with his funds when he asked for him regardless of the emergency he he without only knowing my uncle maybe for the second time accused me of being a thief and set it out loud in the bank with more than three employees and I don't know how many customers use my full name and said out loud three different times that I was a thief sounds like defamation right this bank has the worst reputation I've ever seen and I get it please beware
