  Cashed my check via a mobile deposit and there corporate team deemed my check from my JOB was fraudulent so now I don’t have access to my money for a week or more. This is the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with they aren’t helpful at all. I would recommend anyone to bank literally anywhere else rather than banking here (I honestly believe that cashapp is a better banking app rather than this pathetic slop)

  Fast Friendly Service! Was greeted at the door by staff woth a friendly welcoming smile. It was also held open for us as we left. Great Job around to all who were working! Thanks again yall

  Our account was hacked into. I called to talk to the fraud department 3 times and was given 3 different answers as to what was going to happen to our account. Good luck talking to a real person if you work because their hours are the same as business hours.This happened on a Saturday and of course their location was closed.

  Horrible service. Was trying to make it to the bank before close so i called to asked if someone could wait two minutes for me cause i needed a cashiers check. She politely said no they had to lock their doors at 5pm i saod okay ill be there. I was only two blocks away and made it there in less than 30 seconds. Not only were they not going to wait 1 second passed 5pm but they closed 4 minutes early. They literally locked the door as soon as i got off the phone with them because they knew i was coming. I will never used the union location again.
