- DDDaltonAug 8, 20261.0Cashed my check via a mobile deposit and there corporate team deemed my check from my JOB was fraudulent so now I don’t have access to my money for a week or more. This is the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with they aren’t helpful at all. I would recommend anyone to bank literally anywhere else rather than banking here (I honestly believe that cashapp is a better banking app rather than this pathetic slop)

There are polite employees in the branches but you'll be at the mercy of who knows in their cooperation customer service.
