    The fact that a bank exists that does not accept deposits is pointless and a waste of space. Please reinstate my ability to deposit checks at this location!

    After searching for a PNC location because the nearby branches have closed, I found this branch. I tried to deposit a check and was told by an employee transactions are discouraged and then asked if knew how to use an ATM. Twice.

    Made a $2,000 cash deposit at the drive through atm (that never works properly-and is apparently managed by a third party company) and the money was not deposited at all. Gave me an error saying I needed to contact customer service for assistance. Just filed dispute that can take up to ten days before I can see my money in the account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!
