  I would give them negative 5 stars if possible. 2/4/26 First off the the lady (glasses, long curly hair in a ponytail) never introduced herself, had no type of customer service skills, had an attitude, and seemed irritated in general upon 1st contact. If you walk into the bank, you would make a right. The office she took me to was the 1st door on the left. She barely explained anything to me and had a smug attitude. PNC was already on my husband's S-list but I continued to bank there for YEARS. I would never in life suggest a soul to bank with them or frequent this branch. These are the same people that denied my husband a loan after many loyal years of depositing thousands on top of thousands. Disgusting amd despicable "bank". And that lady is the mascot of how they really feel about their customers.

  This is a poorly managed bank branch. The manager is flippant and apathetic. They promise to call back but never do. PNC has become an embarrassment.
