Absolutely horrible. I have a personal and business account with this bank, and I seriously regret opening both. The customer service here is nonexistent. I called earlier this afternoon, was told they would have someone call me back in 20 minutes, and 3 hours later, I had to call to follow up. Their branch manager is unhelpful and extremely condescending. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Worst service of any branch I've used, as a painting contractor I've used several. Last 2 visits no greeter n had to find help. This time I left as alot of people were waiting. Not use again
