They will open innapporpriate accounts, charge $25 a month on what they tell you is a student account for your school aged child. Do not think the corporate office is any better because they have no idea what their products are and have to ask "the back office" and get back to you in 24-48 hours. This is basically an online bank. Go to Discover, Citi or Ally because you will not get service from PNC at a branch anyway.
