Bank tellers will double charge you for withdrawals and take over a week to correct the error. Don’t come to this branch.

This branch ATM took my debit card and since i do not bank with them they cannot return it. So i have to wait till tuesday to get a new card from my personal bank. I will never ever bank with this company ever again for any reason at all!

I went in for a simple task and the manager was extremely hesitant to fulfill my request. I felt like this request should not have been a big deal by any means. I went to Telegraph branch and they completed it with no problems whatsoever. The Telegraph branch employees were much more friendly and I was greeted with a smile. I wish all the PNC branches were like this. Anyone who does banking with PNC I strongly advise not to utilize this branch.
