They won’t let me pay my auto loan yet keep sending me notifications that it’s late and when I call them they refuse to help me. Won’t let me make an account to pay it online either. Mind you this is my very first payment with a lot to go. This is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.

I Absolutely love PNC. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. The branch manager, Robert is very rude and makes up his own policies on the spot. One of the bankers was trying to help me and he completely shut them down and told then they weren't able to do anything. After this experience I probably should switch banks, but the other branches always treat me well.
