Communication was a consistent issue throughout we always found ourselves having to reach out by phone, and emails went unanswered. For something this important, we expected a more proactive approach from their side. John was knowledgeable, and that much was clear, but the timeline he presented us with was overpromised and underdelivered. When things didn't come together the way we were told they would, it made the decision to stop services an easy one though disappointing nonetheless. Hopefully they can tighten up their communication and set more realistic expectations going forward, because the foundation is there just wasn't enough for us to continue
