- LEL EduardoApr 9, 20261.0THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS. INSTEAD, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, WHICH ARE ROUTED TO THE PHILIPPINES AND SAY PRESS THE PROMPT FOR PEOPLE THAT CANNOT PAY THEIR MORTGAGE AND YOU WILL FINALLY GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE. BUT THE NIGHTMARE DOES NOT END THERE. THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEAK TO A 3rd RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WHO IS INADEQUATELY TRAINED. SO IN OTHER WORDS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR BILL AND CANNOT PAY, GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH TO SOMEONE TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT.
