- FWFree WorldJun 16, 20261.0Jessica Jackson was so rude at the 8005 West Florissant location. I had an employee come in and open a bank account so that he could get his paycheck direct deposited. She did not give him HIS routing and account number. Upon finally reaching her by phone to retrieve this information, she stated that they don't give every customer this information when opening an account and I could come back up there and get it. My employee is a grown man; he should absolutely been given his BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER! When I told her as an employer, I absolutely do not have time to come up there to retrieve his bank account number, she stated that she was not doing this and hung up.

They changed one of their drive up teller lanes to an atm lane... they know this is the busiest location on this side of town. They already have 2 other ATMs at this location. The 3rd one is not needed. Now all they have is one drive-up teller lane and the line is often wrapped around the building, especially during COVID shutdowns. The wait time is always over 30 minutes. This is unbelievably disrespectful to PNC patrons. The next PNC bank is at least 8 miles away.
