  My lender Chris Giles was amazing. From the first time we talked I felt I was being guided through a complicated process by a more than competent partner. Through a combination of federal programs, he wrangled a sweetheart deal and I got a home I’m proud of. Five stars and a wholehearted thank you to the CNB STL team!

  Chelsea Taylor at the Maplewood branch was absolutely instrumental in helping us resolve an issue with our father’s account. She provided the steps and information we needed to gather to resolve the situation. She was professional and very knowledgeable. She is an asset to the bank and provides exceptional customer service.

  I have been with CNB Bank for almost 20 years, through good times and bad times. CNB Bank has always been a bank I could talk to. At other banks (especially the big banks) I felt more like a number dealing with low level managers that had inflexible rules that didn't work with my business problems. At CNB Bank I could sit down with them explain my problem and work out my individual situation with them. I no longer think of them as my banker, they are my friends.
