  It is always a pleasure to go up to the Credit Union in St. Charles. The team is just awesome. Is one of the best team manage friendly places I know I don’t have no problems. I’ve been with Alltru for a very long time. Janelle is really awesome. It’s just so many people that you can just go there and be grateful and get a great friendly smile and great customer service. I love all of them great team God bless.

  My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been extremely disappointing. After calling a week in advance and specifically requesting that Courtesy Pay be removed from my account so that transactions would simply be declined if there weren’t enough funds available, my request was not honored. Instead, ACH transactions continued to be processed and I was repeatedly charged $30 ACH fees. Those fees quickly added up to hundreds of dollars, which I find unacceptable. It’s frustrating that a credit union that promotes helping people build financial stability would allow unnecessary fees to accumulate after I had already requested that Courtesy Pay be turned off. When I called the Lindbergh location customer service line for help, I was told there was nothing they could do. I left the conversation feeling unheard and unsupported. The overall customer service I received was poor and I expected much better from a credit union. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Alltru Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that listens to its members and puts customer service first.

  Kathy Durham I will never forget I asked her has anyone ever told you about the Legendary Dancer from STL Kathy Durham She said No. Basically She helped me get my credit score back up to standing ,by educating me on my current status and confidential analysis my status which was very helpful. Now I'm able to purchase a New Car wherever I 🙌 want!

  My experience was great with the service as well as a little education . Cheryl took her time in explaining the process for what I needed to do and made sure I understood it completely. I been with this credit union for over 20 years when it was Aerospace and 1st Financial.
