I had a 3450 fraudulent charge on my bank card. I went into the bank and spoke w a teller. She could not figure it out. She asked the president of the bank (by her name) hey ____, could you help me with this? The president walked out of her office scolding her stating” it’s not “hey ____, it’s _____. It was as if the teller called her a vulgar name. It was very rude and unprofessional. I managed to contact the business in dispute while standing in the presidents office. The manager of the business informed her he could email her documentation to prove they had released funds back to the bank. The president informed the business owner she could not receive emails from individuals she had not received from before. Neither him nor I had ever heard of this. Regardless, she insisted she couldn’t. At this point I was very upset. She, (president) had not only acted very unprofessional but, had not assisted me with my loss. At this point, I informed her her attitude towards me and her employee were very unprofessional. I informed her she was very rude. 20 minutes after leaving the bank she(president) called me stating”Shawn, this is ____, the one you called rude. I still can’t believe she could stoop this low after her unprofessional conduct in the bank. Regardless, I contacted her superior. He said he would check into it. I didn’t hear back. I emailed him again, he replied by saying” he found nothing she did handling my account was incorrect. He failed to address the situation with (emails) and how she treated her coworker. Ironically, he received my emails and I had never emailed him. This was the second time on my business account this happened and neither time, she tried to assist me. In fact, on a 1600 transaction 8 mo ago, I contacted her that a customer of mine was trying to dispute the transaction 29 days later. I informed her I had all the documentation and signed Cc slip. I informed her I wasn’t going to lose 1600 for a valid transaction. Her response, I’d just let it go. I said ___, I’m sure you would but it’s not your 1600dollars. Unbelievable. I have since closed both my accounts. Ironically, they never closed my business account completely and now have transactions over drafting on a closed account. I have since contacted the bank and they can’t figure it out. They transferred me to their headquarters in Tulsa, they put me on hold. Thirty seconds later I’m speaking to the individual in springfield who transferred me to Tulsa. I have never delt with a bank of this caliber and never will again.

I've never in my life seen a bank that's not open on Saturday! So you're off at 5 on Friday. Guess what? They're closed. Ok I'll run back into town in the a.m. - umm noo!! They're closed! Really??! So frustrating! I think they forgot about the blue collar workers, or maybe just dont care??
