- GUGoogle UserAug 18, 20265.0They’re straightforward, the interest rates are high so make sure you don’t go into the hospital for anything or have anything unexpected come up because an $80 loan is payed over a period of like six months. It would have been courteous of them to let me know that the required “reference numbers” would be the people that they harass every day on behalf of MY negligence to pay my loan on time. I pay my bills and then forget to keep anything in my bank for the auto pay (my fault) and then have to wait for days to find a ride to pay the loan with cash. I’m legally blind and can’t drive. If I had known how much trouble it is for me to personally handle these things, I would have never gotten a loan. This is all user error, nothing to do with the company but I very much dislike the way they call my friends and family and get on their ass for my personal issues. Aside from that I’m giving the working women 5 stars because they are super sweet and professional.

Could not have been a better experience. One of the nicest people I've had the opportunity to work with. Loan process is fast, easy. Simplified payments not outrageous.
