They refused to change my name because it wasn't the "official" marriage certificate. My marriage certificate is from Sweden. They email it. Or just print off a copy with regular copy paper and mail it. Both s.s and Missouri changed my name LEGALLY but God forbid a bank does it to just match my LEGAL DOCUMENTS. So they told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to go into a branch. Super helpful. They also don't print off new cards.

Moved 90% of $$ to First Frontier in St Charles / they’re open and want the business with MUCH better MM rates Do yourself a favor - forget about these Pittsburgh dependent banks and go local
