  Set up a business account. Everything went fine at first. But then when business got slow I didn't have any transactions so they would be closing my account. Then I get a statement that my account is negative. I had no transactions thru it and as the prior letter stated it would be closed. So I call customer service and they barely speak any English and do not understand what your telling them or asking them! Then they ask for your full social security number, mind you while you can tell your on speaker phone and can hear random sirens and vehicles in the background. And yes I called the number from their website/documents. They are extremely shady. He told me he would not close my account unless I gave him my full ss number. So now I have to go to a branch to try to resolve this. When it shouldnt be need anything. They wouldn't verify my account by the account information only my ss. Shady shady shady. Avoid this business! And their shady over seas call centers

  Went here at O’Fallon location. Teller acknowledged me, but still walked away. Had to wait for service about 15 min.

  Completely useless in helping me regain access to my online banking after my ex had changed username and password, locked me out of the email that was attached to the account, and factory reset my phone so it was wiped clean. I had to get a new number. They were able to update the email and phone on the account, but I didn't know my username or password. When customer service walked me through resetting those, the website said the account was locked. The person on the phone said they'd have to mail me the password. The problem with this is my ex has access to the account still, and keeps charging my card so my account goes negative. I get paid in 2 days and I'm sure he'll take that too. I can't dispute the charges because I don't have access to online banking. I'm closing this account and I will not be back. I understand that they have these security measures in place for a reason, however it should not be completely impossible like this. I've already been to hell and back with getting access to everything else in my life because my ex tried to take it all away. This is the absolute last thing that I need.

  Can't get a document with my account information without going in branch which is very hard to do when you rely on wheelchair transportation.
