- SSSaraJul 22, 20261.0Completely useless in helping me regain access to my online banking after my ex had changed username and password, locked me out of the email that was attached to the account, and factory reset my phone so it was wiped clean. I had to get a new number. They were able to update the email and phone on the account, but I didn't know my username or password. When customer service walked me through resetting those, the website said the account was locked. The person on the phone said they'd have to mail me the password. The problem with this is my ex has access to the account still, and keeps charging my card so my account goes negative. I get paid in 2 days and I'm sure he'll take that too. I can't dispute the charges because I don't have access to online banking. I'm closing this account and I will not be back. I understand that they have these security measures in place for a reason, however it should not be completely impossible like this. I've already been to hell and back with getting access to everything else in my life because my ex tried to take it all away. This is the absolute last thing that I need.
