- ZSZachary SchmitzAug 6, 20261.0Do not use PNC bank go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble. They put a hold on my account over a month ago because I deposited that was not written out correctly. I had the person do a stop payment on the check as they instructed me to and write me a new one 4 weeks ago. After telling me that my account was scheduled to go back to normal today they still have not released my account!! There is no end in sight! It has been an absolute nightmare using PNC.

Sat for 25 minutes to get a Cashiers check to find out the guy that has been just standing there the whole time could have handled it. Reagan assured me that the lobby experience is going to change, we will see if that changes. Seems like the average lobby wait is 40-60 minutes for anything. I hope it changes as like she said. All super nice staff the front door lady is a bit overbearing but it is what it is. All in all build an hour into your visit time with these guys.
