- JSJoseph Stevens2 days ago1.0I identified several thousand dollars worth of fraud on my account and flagged to PNC to freeze everything. They assured me they had, but the account wasnt frozen for 4 days, resulting in thousands more in fraudulent purchases. This was in March, and I am still pleading with them to close my account. While the branch staff is very friendly, I would not recommend banking with PNC given the lack of urgency and professionalism in their fraud department and their archaic practices holding my account open against my wishes as one charge remains under dispute.
