I had to tell her potentially what was the issue on the Technical side. And now we are having another issue. This is not integral for this type of institution.

- KKKevinMay 26, 20261.0POS bank purchased my mortgage from another bank. The amount of shit I have do to simply to change my monthly payments (Increasing from minimum payment) is stupid. I cannot just log-in & change it on the spot like the previous mortgage holder. I have to cancel my bank account they already have, reenter the same bank account & verify it. They've been withdrawaling my monthly mortgage from the SAME ACCOUNT.
