I cannot just log-in & change it on the spot like the previous mortgage holder. I have to cancel my bank account they already have, reenter the same bank account & verify it. They've been withdrawaling my monthly mortgage from the SAME ACCOUNT.

Mr. Garcia was very kind and helpful I am a senior citizen and I wasn’t feeling well and he must have knew something was wrong he helped me at the ATM with my mortgage and he offered me water and was concerned about my well being and experience.
