If I could give this tax place zero stars i would. This place is very unprofessional. They did my taxes and my husband‘s taxes. They took the money to do them and then when we had issues with the IRS they have the receptionist call back and give tax advice on what to do. They don’t even have the guts to call you back themselves and to help you, but they don’t have no problem taking the money. They’re very rude. They’re very unprofessional and they’re very disrespectful. I would never recommend this company to anyone to get their taxes done.

Wait time was not that long, even though there was a line of three people ahead of me. Straight forward, professional approach and demeanor during the filing process. Fairly reasonable price of fees for services. My experience was based off tax preperation and efile.
