The staff are excellent listeners and consistently provide outstanding customer service. I especially enjoy working with Member Solutions Specialist II Lead, Zjohne Turner. She is professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The bank as a whole creates a welcoming atmosphere. The environment is clean, organized, and comfortable. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the water and refreshments available in the lobby, and the restroom facilities are always well maintained and spotless. I highly recommend this branch location at 5916 N. Lindbergh Blvd., Hazelwood, MO 63042, to anyone looking for exceptional banking service and a professional, friendly environment.
